Senior Research Engineer @  Institute for Infocomm Research, Singapore

Perform technical research on MIMO multi-user, cooperative / relay communications, and wireless network.

 

 

2006 – 2007

Research Engineer (equivalent to Assoc Scientist or Research Fellow) @
                                      Institute for Infocomm Research, Singapore

Work on an industrial project to develop IEEE 802.11n platform for a European MNC, attend 3GPP LTE standardization meeting.

 

 

2005

Post-Doc Fellow @ Lucent Technologies, Bell Labs, Murray Hill, USA

One year of research experience at the Mathematics and Algorithms Science Center of Bell Labs at Murry Hill, New Jersey USA. Focus on the research of multi-user multi-antenna wireless communication system, which include sensitivity analysis for capacity at low SNR, precoder design, and CSI issue investigation.

 

 

2000

Software Engineer @ Singapore Software Centre, Motorola, Singapore

Responsibilities include set-top box’s firmware (wireless keyboard, remote control) development, system test, application development, training document preparation, and Internet browser (Spyglass’s Device Mosaic) bugs fix and customization.
